LED Lighting and Controls Upgrade
Fairbanks Energy Services completed an LED lighting and lighting controls retrofit at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Yawkey Center hallways. Our team of engineers replaced 890 CFL cans and fluorescent fixtures with new LED cans and fixtures equipped with occupancy control. Fairbanks Energy was able to bring the wattage of the existing strip fixtures down from 90 watts to 12, decreasing MGH’s energy usage by 87%!
