PETER M. FAIRBANKS
Peter has over 30 years of engineering and management experience related to mechanical system design and energy conservation project development. Prior to forming Fairbanks Energy, he founded Bluestone Energy Services, which successfully grew to a company of 30 engineers and project managers by the time he sold it in 2011. Peter also held positions with HEC Energy as Regional Technical Director, provided combined heat and power plant analysis and design at Trimont Engineering, and for 14 years filled various engineering roles at United Engineers and Stone & Webster, large power plant and cogeneration plant design firms. Peter has his Professional Engineer’s Registration in MA and CT, and is a member of the following Professional Societies: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineering and the Association of Energy Engineers. He also is featured in McGraw-Hill’s “Standard Handbook of Plant Engineering” Energy Conservation Chapter. Peter earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

ADAM P. FAIRBANKS
Adam has over 15 years of engineering and management experience related to computer systems, data center design and energy conservation project development. Prior to forming Fairbanks Energy, he served as Vice President of Data Center Services and Business Development at Bluestone Energy Services for 5 years. Prior to working at Bluestone, Mr. Fairbanks also worked at Cisco Systems for 8 years as Technical Leader for Cisco Security Agent Group as a Principal Software Engineer. Adam earned his B.S. in Computer Science with Distinction at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and his M.B.A. at Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

ROSS M . FAIRBANKS
Ross has over 9 years of engineering and management experience related to energy conservation project development in large commercial and industrial facilities. Prior to forming Fairbanks Energy, he started Bluestone Energy Services’ Chicago office, which he grew to over $3 million in annual revenue at the time the family sold the business to a division of Oaktree Capital. Prior to working at Bluestone, Ross worked in the corporate world as a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant at Citigroup, a Sales Accountant at M&M Mars, and a Mutual Fund Accountant at The Vanguard Group. Ross earned his B.S. in Accounting at Bucknell University and his M.B.A. at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

KEN P. RACKOWSKI
Ken has over 30 years of engineering and management experience related to controls system and HVAC system design. He has performed hundreds of control system installations and has worked with and modified every Building Automation System on the market. Prior to working at Fairbanks Energy, Ken served as Controls Director at Bluestone Energy Services for five years, where he developed and provided oversight of numerous BAS energy efficiency solutions. Ken also held positions at the following control companies early on in his career: Andover Controls, Northeast Temperature Control, ESI Controls, and Control Solutions.

COY R. STINE
Coy has over 10 years of engineering and management experience related to data center efficiency design and automation controls. In his role at Fairbanks Energy, he is responsible for product strategy and the development of FES’s system for data center energy conservation and thermal management. He has completed scores of successful data center efficiency projects, authored several white-papers, and has spoken at industry seminars concerning efficiency issues for data centers. Coy earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Rice University.
COY R. STINEVice President, Data Center Division
Jay has over 20 years of experience in power production and the control of energy. Jay began his career with 6 years active duty service in the United States Navy Nuclear Power program producing energy on the USS Nimitz. Transitioning to his corporate career, Jay worked for major lighting and lighting control manufacturers including Lutron Electronics and Sylvania. Today he focuses his efforts managing the New York City business development team and assisting National and New England Customers transition to more energy efficient building solutions. He has successfully worked with many clients to conserve millions of kWh per year thereby lowering their operational costs and also improving their physical environments. Jay earned his B.S. in Science and Technology with Nuclear Emphasis from Thomas Edison University.
JAY BENSONDirector, Northeast Business Development
Steve has 15 years of experience in business development and management in the data center industry. Steve’s responsibilities at Fairbanks Energy include identifying and performing data center optimization audits and working with prospective client’s operations teams to identify improvement options for energy conservation, exposing reclaimed capacity, and controlling thermal fluctuations in the data centers to maximize efficiency. Prior to joining Fairbanks Energy he worked as Data Center Solutions Manager for Subzero Engineering, Eastern Regional Sales for Adativcool, in the data center division of Degree Controls, and Regional Sales Representative for Staples Technology Solutions. Steve earned a B.A. from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
STEVE CARBONIERDirector, Data Center Business Development
Steve has over 25 years of experience related to energy conservation project development in electric and gas energy efficiency programs. His experience includes all aspects of project development, including auditing, design, and analysis functions as well as construction implementation and subcontractor management. Prior to joining Fairbanks Energy, Steve served as Director of Project Development for Lighting Retrofit Services, and held various roles at AECOM, Honeywell DMC Services and Elatec Inc. Steve earned his B.S. at University of Vermont.
STEVE QUATROMONICEM, CDSM, BEP, Director, Lighting Technical Solutions
Tom has over 17 years of engineering experience related to mechanical system and controls design and project management in the areas of mechanical and energy conservation. Prior to joining Fairbanks Energy Services, Tom held positions in Project and Construction Management for the Stop and Shop Supermarket Companies and AECOM. Tom recently earned his MBA in High Technology Management and Entrepreneurship through the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Professional Certificate from Northeastern University in Architectural and Building Technology.

Rob has 20 years of experience in business management, building revenues and profit margins, for business models in the B2B and B2C space. Prior to joining Fairbanks Energy, he served as a Founding Partner of Golden & Lauber, Inc. for 8 years, providing guidance to over 500 organizations to better their environmental pillar for sustainability. Prior to forming Golden and Lauber Inc., Mr. Golden worked at Citadel Information Management for 5 years as Director of Sales. Rob also held positions as Director of Sales and Internet Business Manager for Natural Golf Corporation, and Vice President of Indoor Golf Links of America. Rob earned his B.S. in Public Management at Indiana University.

GEORGE B. LAUBER
George has over 25 years of experience in effective business operations management, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Fairbanks Energy Services, George served as a Founding Partner and Business Management Consultant at Golden and Lauber Inc. for 8 years, providing guidance to over 500 organizations to better their environmental pillar for sustainability. Prior to forming Golden and Lauber, Inc., George worked at Citadel Information Management as Director of Operations for 2 years. George also held positions at Merrill Corporation as a Site Manager, and at Business Storage Inc. as Director of Operations. George earned his B.A. in Psychology at Eastern Illinois University.
